Sur les Quais

A bit on the crowded side, long family style tables run along the chalkboard walls of this bar, covered with the ever-changing menu. A hum of energy radiates out of the single door onto the sidewalk and bounces off the small bar, behind which two quickly moving bartenders pour generous glasses of red and white wine to accompany the beautiful entrees rolling out of the kitchen. Later on in the evening, the bar is thronged with groups of young, tipsy francophones whose energy becomes contagious in the warm, welcoming atmosphwere.
